Staff was accommodating, overall experience was lovely. Got good-sized, good-sized room with all the facilities. We liked a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. Prime location to Market Square. Didn't expect to get wake up calls for nothing, you guys rock.

Clean, ideal hotel, absolutely spotless rooms and lovely staff. I slept so comfy in the nice bed. Private parking, outstanding service. It made my trip to Heidelberg an such wonderful experience.
